Task 3,4,6,7,8,9 |
After a brief presentation of the project’s progress from Greek experts, the local partners presented the progress in the data collection. Details concerning the data will be clarified by bilateral contacts of the local experts with the respective Greek team.
The main outcomes of the meetings are:
Ø The main priority is to complete as soon as possible the tasks 1,2 and 6. Therefore, it was agreed that the relevant data will be sent to the Greek partners (SPEED for Task 1, NOA for Task 2 and EPEM S.A. for task 6) as soon as possible. Concerning tasks 1 and 2 the data will be sent by the end of December and concerning task 6 at the latest on January 10th. During the in-between period, the local partners will be in close contact with the Greek teams
Ø Concerning task 3, the Yugoslavian partners will provide the necessary data by the end of January, so as the Greek team can prepare a draft report until the workshop. Most of the data needed for the elaboration of the task 3 have been gathered in the framework of the task 1. The local partners will provide descriptive and explanatory texts for task 3.
Ø For the task 4, a summary of the Greek (or other country’s) NAP will be sent to the local partners, in order to familiarize them with the contents of a NAP.
Ø Concerning the task 7, the catalogue for the necessary data has been given by EPEM to the local partners. It was agreed that until the beginning of February the local partners will prepare a draft report on the existing technological status in Yugoslavia, while the Greek partners will prepare the description of the internationally used technologies.
Ø The workshop will take place in Belgrade of February 18th, 2002. It was proposed that the lectures that will be presented by the Greek partners will cover the following issues:
o Development of inventory, projections and national action plans
o Flexible mechanisms
o Financial instruments
Ø The training seminar will be held in the period of the workshop. Its emphasis will be on inventory development.
Ø The next meeting of EPEM S.A. with the Yugoslavian team will be held in February (in the same period as the workshop). The aim of the meeting will be to comment on the draft reports that will have been prepared (tasks 3, 4 and 7).
